Tourists had Fun as China Opens World’s Tallest and Longest Glass Bridge

It was fun galore as thousands of tourists flock to opening of world’s tallest and longest glass bridge in China. The glass bridge designed by an Israeli architect became center of attraction for tourists who came all out in their number to witness the ceremony.
After several "safety tests" that involved smashing the bridge with sledgehammers and driving an SUV over it, the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon bridge in China finally opened to the public over the weekend.
On Saturday, almost 8,000 tourists went down to the site for a chance to try out the world's tallest and longest glass bridge.
Designed by Israeli architect Haim Dotan, the 430 metres long and 6 metres wide bridge is suspended a heart-stopping 300 meters above a valley.
As many tourists crowded on the bridge to take in the scenic views, some also took the chance to have a little fun.
A few lay down on the bridge to take selfies, while others performed acrobatic stunts for that perfect photo op.
The kicker of the lot is these two hilarious kids who pretended to look terrified as they "fell." Almost got us fooled for a second.

This will surely go down as a historical event by many who were parts of the excitement of and fun.
