A report carried earlier today by newshelm.com indicated that the Honourable Minister of State for petroleum and Group Managing Director, NNPC Group, Dr. Ibe Kachikwu, accompany by his team had signed a deal worth $8.5 billion in investment with North Industries Corporation.
